You can cancel an order yourself, from the order screen in the app, while it is still waiting to be accepted by the branch.

The cancel option disappears once the branch accepts your order and preparation begins. Food is prepared to order, so from that point the order can no longer be undone from the app.

Some branches allow a short cancellation window after acceptance. Where that applies, the app shows the option for as long as it lasts.

Once your order is being prepared, out for delivery, or ready for pickup, it cannot be cancelled from the app.

If something has gone wrong — a long delay, a missing item, or an order you no longer need — contact us through the app as soon as possible and we will look at it case by case.

We may cancel an order after it is placed, for example when an item turns out to be unavailable, the address falls outside the delivery area, or the branch cannot complete the order.

When we cancel a paid order, you are refunded in full.

Card payments are refunded to the card used for the payment. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, and it usually takes several business days.

Wallet payments are returned to your wallet balance and are available immediately.

Cash orders are not charged, so there is nothing to refund when they are cancelled before delivery.

A promo code used on a cancelled order is released back to you where its own conditions allow it.

If a card payment does not complete, the order is not confirmed and nothing is captured from your card. Any amount your bank has held is released automatically.

You can retry the payment from the order screen, or place the order again.

Please collect your order within a reasonable time of being told it is ready. An order that is prepared and not collected has already cost the branch its ingredients and cannot be refunded.
