Delivery addresses you save, including the map location you select for them.
Your device's location while you are choosing a delivery address or tracking an order, and only when you grant permission.
Your order history, ratings, and any notes or feedback you send us.
Technical information about your device, such as the app version and a notification token used to send you order updates.
How we use your information
To accept, prepare, and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated on their status.
To let our delivery riders reach you at the correct address.
To handle payments, refunds, wallet balances, and promotional codes.
To respond to your questions, complaints, and feedback.
To send you offers and promotions, only if you have chosen to receive them.
To improve our menu, our service, and the performance of our app.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to serve you:
With our delivery riders, who see your name, phone number, and delivery address for the order they are delivering.
With our payment provider, who processes your card payment securely. We never see or store your full card number.
With the providers that deliver our SMS messages and push notifications on our behalf.
With government or regulatory authorities where we are required to do so by law.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by a licensed payment provider on a secure page. Prime Smoke does not store your card number, expiry date, or security code on its own systems.
Keeping your information
We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for the period required by tax, accounting, and other applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your rights
You can view and correct your name, phone number, and saved addresses at any time from within the app.
You can turn order and promotional notifications on or off from the app's settings.
You can request deletion of your account and personal data from within the app, or by contacting us. Some records, such as invoices, must be retained where the law requires it.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
