Terms of Service

You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure.

The information you provide, in particular your delivery address and contact number, must be accurate and complete.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Every order you place is an offer to buy, and is confirmed only once we accept it. We may decline an order — for example when an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or the branch is closed.

Menu items, prices, and availability may change at any time, and can differ between branches.

Photographs of menu items are for illustration and the item served may differ in appearance.

Please tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering. Our kitchens handle a wide range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of a given allergen.

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include value added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees, service fees, and any minimum order value are shown before you confirm your order.

You may pay by card, by any other method offered at checkout, or in cash on delivery where that option is available.

Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed.

Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by traffic, weather, and how busy the branch is.

We deliver only within the delivery zones defined for each branch. Your address is checked against those zones at checkout.

Someone must be reachable on the number given with the order. If our rider cannot reach you or hand the order over after reasonable attempts, the order may be treated as delivered and no refund will be due.

For pickup and curbside orders, please collect your order within a reasonable time of being told it is ready.

You may cancel an order from the app while it is still awaiting acceptance, where that option is enabled. Once preparation has started an order can no longer be cancelled from the app.

If we cancel your order, or an item is unavailable after payment, you will be refunded for the affected amount.

Approved refunds for card payments are returned to the card used for the payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Promo codes, offers, and cashback are subject to their own conditions, including validity period, minimum order value, and limits on how often they may be used.

Wallet credit may be used to pay for orders, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires otherwise.

We may withdraw or amend an offer at any time, and may cancel a promotion or reverse credit obtained through misuse.
